Whistler Technology converted to plc status on the 19th January 2005 commencing prospectus level fund raising on the 25th January 2005. The shares were made available to investors at a price of 55p valuing the business at £7,205,000.
Since its inception in October 2001, Whistler has already exceeded the performance of more established counterparts and is now focused on becoming a globally recognised Franchised Broker.
As employees and primary shareholders, the Directors are focused on delivering capital growth to reward those investors who have included Whistler Technology plc stock in their personal or corporate investment strategy.

Having 16 years direct sales experience, during his early career Scott held a variety of sales, sales training and management positions within TSB Bank, leaving to pursue a career in equity sales. Following a spell in the city he co-founded a distribution business with Jonathan Vincent, which generates total sales in the region of £54 million per annum. During the last three years, his time has been focused on developing the infra structure of Whistler Technology along with its distribution channels. He was also mentioned in the 2001 edition of the Who's Who publication "Britain's young entrepreneur" edition.

Jonathan Vincent - Director
Having served 6 years in the British Forces he moved into a direct sales environment. He held a variety of sales and management positions with General Portfolio, TSB Bank and Birmingham Midshires Building Society, leaving these to pursue a career in equity sales. Following a spell in the city he co-founded a distribution business with Scott Manifold which generates total sales in the region of £54 million per annum. During the last three years, his time has been focused on recruiting and developing the sales force of Whistler Technology along with developing the Franchise opportunities for the business.
